WORK LOCATION: MakatiSALARY RANGE: ?20,000 - ?25,000JOB SUMMARY: Generate sales from new and existing group accounts as well as the maintenance of existing groupbusiness in line with company's goal of increasing its revenues and profitability.REQUIREMENTS:- College Graduate, Major in Economics, Business Management, and/or Marketing- Completion of Life Office Management Association / LOMA 1 & 2 courses and other industry-related seminars / courses- At least five-year work experience in Life insurance business (Admin / Sales)- Communicate and interact in a professional manner- Knows how to negotiate / persuade- Handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account- Supervise sales team and support services- Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level- Explain and confidently provide answers to queries
