Assistant/Store Supervisor - Havaianas (Up Town Center)

The role is accountable for overall customer satisfaction by ensuring all store personnel under his/her consistently delivers ultimate shopping experience. S/he is responsible for selling floor leadership with the overall goal of customer satisfaction. S/he is also accountable for sales performance, focusing on growth and profitability, merchandising standards, store operations and development of assigned store personnel in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalentWith at least 2 years experience as a Store Supervisor in the retail industry is preferredBackground in sales, cashiering, and visual merchandising is requiredWith strong leadership qualitiesHighly effective organizational skills, attentive to detailsExcellent written and communication skillsStrong interpersonal and influencing skillsPreferably familiar with the demographics of area assignedKnowledgeable with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
