Assistant/Store Supervisor - Havaianas (Sm Grand Central)

The role is accountable for overall customer satisfaction by ensuring all store personnel under his/her consistently delivers ultimate shopping experience. S/he is responsible for selling floor leadership with the overall goal of customer satisfaction. S/he is also accountable for sales performance, focusing on growth and profitability, merchandising standards, store operations and development of assigned store personnel in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent
2. With at least 2 years experience as a Store Supervisor in the retail industry is preferred
3. Background in sales, cashiering, and visual merchandising is required
4. With strong leadership qualities
5. Highly effective organizational skills, attentive to details
6. Excellent written and communication skills
7. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
8. Preferably familiar with the demographics of area assigned
9. Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
