Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing Manager on all marketing and operational tasks

Ensure timely and high quality output of all team members of Marketing Department

Establish and implement a process flow system to ensure that all team members projects and tasks are tracked and monitored quantitatively and qualitatively

Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes

Responsible in maintaining good relationship with clients and ensuring contracts renewals

QualificationCollege Graduate preferably Business Administration or similar course

At least 3 years of Top level project management skills

Proven experience in marketing, operations and strategy planning

Advanced project management tools experience (e.g. Samepage, Monday or Teamwork)

Excellent skills in mobilizing team members to finish task in projects on timely manner

Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

Teamwork and leadership skills

Excel skills to ensure all projects and tasks are recorded and tracked on timely manner

Willing to work in Makati

Can start ASAP
