Area Sales Support Assistant

Job Summary This position is primarily responsible for assisting the assigned area in day-to-day operations to ensure maximum productivity and help achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities: Distribute generated leads to sales teams Assist in calling warm leads and referrals sourced from different channels Update leads tracker and provide end of day report to Area Sales Head Collect and organize the monthly performance review of account officers Assist in the actual Audit review of teams Maintain an inventory of and file request for office and marketing supplies Perform admin tasks including data entry, filing and safekeeping of documents Attend to calls and inquiries of other departments Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year degree course Experience related to administrative support Possesses good communication and customer service skills Must have basic mathematical knowledge With high integrity Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets #LI-KL1
