Architecture Draftsman

Job Description* Follows specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.* Preparation of both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD system.* Communicates with Architects and Engineers, and incorporates feedback into drawings.* Preparation, reviews and redrafts alongside Engineering team.* Ensures final designs are compliant with building regulations.* Identifies and communicates potential design problems to the rest of the team.* Recommends alternative designs and finishes to the focal service stations.* Attends to the request of concerned departments regarding needed as-built drawings of the station and/or preparation of as-built drawings as needed. Qualifications:* Bachelor of Science in Architecture* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.* Experience in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD)* Ability to draw manually an advantage but not essential.* Ability to work well in a team and on your own.* Ability to respond well to criticisms and maintains a positive attitude.* Has a general idea on basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing and sanitary, and structural system
