Is currently looking for:
 

ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN

Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Industrial Technology - Major in Drafting, or BS Architecture

Must be honest, trainable, and highly motivated

Must be able to work with less supervision, efficient, and well organized

Experience with AutoCAD and Sketchup software is an advantage

Experience in dealing & processing of permits is an advantage but is not absolutely necessary

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

A passion for learning and growth is likewise essential. Knowledge of the real estate industry and its trends is desirable, as well as demonstrated experience in networking and relationship building.
