Architectural Drafter (Revit)

We are a well-established Australian owned and managed company, looking for the best and brightest Architectural Draftees, whether you are a graduate or experienced Draftsperson, we want to hear from you.

We have exciting work in the pipeline from clients in Australia and USA, which will keep us busy for a very long time. Ideally you would have the following qualities, however we encourage those who have similar experience and attributes to apply:

Responsibilities:

- Prepare Architectural/Contract plans with AU standards using REVIT.
- Modification of REVIT families
- Knowledge of linking files thru work-sharing (Cloud-based method)
- Able to complete assignments or tasks allocated where instructions have been followed properly and that work is an acceptable quality and timely.
- Assigned jobs are given with general instructions, reviewed and checked by seniors upon completion.
- Opportunity to work with one of the leading outsourcing companies

Qualifications:

- A bachelor/college degree in Architecture or equivalent drafting course is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to use REVIT drafting programs/software.
- With minimum of 2 years experience in residential drafting
- An understanding & knowledge of Australian standard and/or US standards would be advantageous but not essential
- Possess good communication & writing skills
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic & hardworking
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Can collaborate or work as a team to ensure effective working relationships.
- Can maintain a calm and composed manner during challenging situations. Willing to adapt to change.
- As this is an office based set up, the candidate should be willing to commute or relocate near the office. (BGC Taguig)
