Job Description:
Planning and Design:
Conceptualization of the project, space utilization, space efficiency, and preparation of schematic design to construction drawings.

Site Project Evaluation:
Project documentation, Architectural project recommendation, and evaluation of executed Architectural works.

People handling:
Involves training, Development, and coordination team and involved parties of project planning.
- Preparing and collating permitting documents.

Job Requirements:
Has Architectural degree. Advantage with license.

Can communicate in Bisaya, Tagalog, and English

Practical experience with CAD software, 3D software, and rendering software.

Knowledgeable with Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and the like.

Knowledge of engineering and construction.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Superb work ethic and ability to accept feedback and have the willingness to work.
