The Application Support Officer will support the Payments and Acquiring Group’s business by providing Technical after-sales support for Merchants (Direct Banking) and Payment Facilitator (PF) customers to ensure that:
1) Standard operating procedures are followed
2) Effective application support processes are followed
3) Risk controls are adopted, and
4) Customers receive an excellent customer experience and service
