Details of the offer

Application Support personnel will support the Helpdesk and also will be involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Application support provides technical after-sales support and receives all incoming calls at the helpdesk and logs the same in the Helpdesk log. Conducts UAT to verify and certify the integrity and reliability of new programs and /or enhancements prior to their integration to the system.

Desired Experience & Qualities
 Broad technical background with at least three year’s work experience in a similar role
 Knowledgeable in technical programming languages required for integration on Secure Acceptance Checkout API
 ASP/COM, ASP.NET, JAVA, PERL, PHP, RUBY, .NET and Cold Fusion
 Proficient in installing libraries in a server environment
 Experience creating and maintaining application support documentation, including standard operating procedures
