Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for assessing materials in Firing Order or production schedule including Head of Version, New Product Introduction and Inter-company requirements
- Tracks of part shortages and positively influencing delivery schedules whenever possible.
Work with Supply Chain on the delivery commitment aligned with galleys production schedule
- Lead the Daily Shortage Call with EVT and facilitate the daily shortage discussion with Planning, Supply Chain and Business Leaders
- Monitor the BOM releases, WOG and Purchase Order release for Head of Version and lead the shortage discussion
- Identify and Implement process improvement such as automation, database generation and process flow
- Communicate possible risk to stake holders related to materials
- Able to manage special projects and work collaboratively with stake holders and counterparts from value streams
- Develop and implement business process to improve supply chain systems and process execution
- Support product change request and communicate the impact to inventory and operations

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
- Highly analytical
- With 3 to 5 years' experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing
- Preferably has prior experience in managing people
- Good Oral and written communication skills
- Can lead a team and work in project
