About the role
We seek a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Analyst EEM, reporting to the Lead Finance, you will be responsible to ensure that a range of EEM activities are performed in a timely, accurate and effective manner for Group wide BHP companies in regions covering Australia, Asia, the UK, US and Europe.Visa and relocation support is not available for this role.Key Relationships:Internal Relationships

Finance A&I teams
Ensure that a range of EEM activities are performed in a timely, accurate and effective manner to ensure effective adoption and sustainability of the standard processes, participate in Regulatory Returns and engage in a rigorous program of Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence across the Employee Expense Management process driven by the Finance A&I team.
Coach and advise EEM users ensuring disciplined 1SAP process and system use.
Complete thorough investigation on reconciliation discrepancies and seek ways to effectively solve the problems.
Prepare, validate and post EEM manual claims and provide backup support to EEM functions.
Handle EEM cross company charges between BHP Billiton entities.
Liaise with stakeholders across the business, which also includes internal and external auditors and AMEX representatives.
Address queries, process ad hoc journals and other ad hoc requirements.
Gather, compile and submit the information required to complete Regulatory Returns
Work closely with the Finance A&I team on the global process standardization and simplification ideas and drive a continuous improvement agenda for end-to-end process standardisation and improvement.
Participate in the identification, prioritization and execution of automation improvement opportunities across the EEM.
Identify and implement incremental process improvement opportunities
Monitor and communicate the effectiveness and value of continuous improvement initiatives on the processes post implementation.
Contribute to and support global process standardization within Finance and continuous improvement
Support the open communication of ideas and information within the Finance team
The successful candidate should possess:
Internationally recognized qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Business or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working with a large corporate or professional environment
Strong Microsoft office suite (especially Excel).
Sound financial and analytical skills.
Ability to work within tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders to complete the process.
Experience with SAP
Fluent English, both verbal and written
Fluent Spanish, both verbal and written a benefit
