Functions:
1. Immediately onboard to develop customer segmentation and predictive model as input for a campaign or campaigns to support possible increase in revenue.
2. Fast track exploration of available data, conduct profiling and analysis using existing tools, understand and analyze previously built customer segmentation (if there's any) as references to succeeding statistical models for development.
3. Support DS&Al Division to collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities where data science can provide value in banking operations, risk management, marketing, and customer engagement.
4. Augment team to collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including transactional data, customer demographics, market trends, and economic indicators
5. Develop machine learning models, apply machine learning techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, to develop predictive models for customer segmentation, risk assessment, fraud detection, optimizing loan approvals, personalizing marketing campaigns and other business applications.
6. Build model monitoring reports, and create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
7. Facilitate to deploy ML models to Al programs as applicable.
8. Collaborate with Data Intelligence Division, IT and other teams to deploy and operationalize data science solutions in production environments, ensuring optimized integration and documentation, scalability, reliability, and performance.
9. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, ethical standards, and industry best practices in all data science activities, including data handling, model development, and deployment.
10. Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of data science initiatives, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
11. Manage data science project/s and deliverables; Ensure data science projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives.
12. Performs other tasks that may be assigned related to Data Science and Al programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field.
With at least a total of 8 years of work experience and with a minimum of 5 years work experience on Data Science
preferably with exposure to Banking Industry
Strong programming skills in Python or R, SAS or other Data Science/Machine Learning tools.
With experience in Data Preparation (Including ABT Build), Data Manipulation, Statistical Analysis, and Machine Learning Model Development, Documentation and Model Monitoring Report Creation and Analysis, and Integration to other applications.
Exposure to Al programs and chatbots is preferred.
