We are looking for an experienced AI/Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in developing machine learning models and AI algorithms focused on natural language processing (NLP), dictation, and translation to join our amazing team.

As an AI/Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI algorithms to support real-time speech recognition, translation, and autocorrection.
Implementing and optimizing natural language processing models to enhance text analysis and autocorrection capabilities.
Building and training models for multi-language translation, supporting a diverse user base across multiple languages.
Collaborating with mobile developers to integrate AI models into mobile applications, ensuring efficient on-device processing for real-time performance.
Continuously monitoring, evaluating, and improving the performance of AI models, adapting to user feedback and evolving requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and NLP to apply cutting-edge technologies to the project.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, mobile developers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver a seamless user experience.
Ensuring that AI models comply with data privacy and security standards, particularly in handling sensitive user data.
As a AI/Machine Learning Engineer, you need to have:
3+ experience in using Python, R, Java, C++
Experience in using Different Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn
Proven experience in developing AI algorithms for real-time speech recognition and autocorrection, particularly in noisy environments.
Experience building and training models for multi-language translation.
Strong understanding of NLP models and their application in text analysis and auto-correction.
Experience integrating machine learning models into mobile applications with a focus on efficient on-device processing.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on optimizing AI models for performance and scalability.
Proficiency in additional cloud platforms or machine learning services.
Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
It's not required but it would be great if you have Certifications:
TensorFlow Developer Certificate
AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty
Working Hours:
5 AM - 2 PM Philippine time or
12 AM-9 AM Philippine time
