Required Experience:
? Bachelor's degree holder
? Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
? With at least 2 years of Managerial experience.
? Willing to work under an agency and work at Makiling.
? Experience in sales of motorcycle spare parts will be more advantage.

Job Description
? Manages sales of aftermarket parts and trading parts.
? To develop intelligence competition such as market price, brand, and promotional gimmicks.
? Manage and advise on the provisions of credit facilities for new and existing customers.
? To provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales by reporting to top management
? Monitors market survey and adapt strategies for business development
? Building good relationship with existing and new customers to generate sales
? To develop creative and strategic planning integrating specific goal setting
? To develop strategies sales supervision and sales management
? Must lead in planning, leading, organizing and control to aftermarket parts and trading parts.
? To provide assured profit levels at determined periods of time and ensure proactive service
? Perform any tasks from top management from time to time, even haven't capture above mentioned jobs descriptions.
