Affiliate Manager

We are seeking a motivated and savvy Affiliate Manager to oversee our affiliate networks and partnerships.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing affiliate campaigns, recruiting new affiliate partners, and devising strategies to drive traffic and conversions. Our ideal candidate is someone with proven experience in managing digital marketing partnerships, excellent negotiation skills, and a data-driven mindset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Recruit new affiliates and networks working with various markets and sectors
- Develop and manage relationships with existing affiliate partners
- Track and analyze affiliate performance and report findings to management
- Develop and manage relationships with existing affiliate partners
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and identify areas of improvement
- Coordinate with marketing team to create promotional materials for affiliate marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in affiliate marketing

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role in digital marketing
- Experience in sales, negotiation and building relationships with partners
- Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and programs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
