Affiliate Manager

We are seeking a motivated and savvy Affiliate Manager to oversee our affiliate networks and partnerships.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing affiliate campaigns, recruiting new affiliate partners, and devising strategies to drive traffic and conversions. Our ideal candidate is someone with proven experience in managing digital marketing partnerships, excellent negotiation skills, and a data-driven mindset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Recruit new affiliates and networks working with various markets and sectorsDevelop and manage relationships with existing affiliate partnersTrack and analyze affiliate performance and report findings to managementDevelop and manage relationships with existing affiliate partnersMonitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and identify areas of improvementCoordinate with marketing team to create promotional materials for affiliate marketing initiativesStay updated with industry trends and advancements in affiliate marketing
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role in digital marketingExperience in sales, negotiation and building relationships with partnersStrong knowledge of affiliate platforms and programsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field Schedule: 8 hour shiftAfternoon shiftMonday to Friday Supplemental Pay: 13th month salaryOvertime payPerformance bonus
