Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough consultations with patients, addressing various skin conditions, from general dermatology to aesthetic concerns.
2. Provide accurate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
3. Educate patients on skin health, preventive care, and treatment options to support optimal long-term outcomes.
4. Perform dermatological treatments, including but not limited to laser therapies, chemical peels, skin biopsies, cosmetic injections, and other minimally invasive aesthetic procedures.
5. Ensure all procedures are performed following best practices, clinic protocols, and safety guidelines.
6. Work alongside the clinic's healthcare team, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient experiences and care continuity.
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing training and development of clinic staff.
8. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Adhere to clinic policies and ensure that all procedures meet industry standards and legal requirements for safety and ethics.
10.Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetic treatments, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into patient care.
Qualifications, Skills and Exeperience:
1. Medical degree with board certification in Dermatology.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a dermatology practice, with a focus on aesthetic treatments preferred.
3. Proficiency in dermatological treatments and aesthetic procedures, excellent patient communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
4. Patient-focused care and excellent bedside manner.
5. High ethical standards and commitment to patient safety.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a patient caseload efficiently.
7. Adaptability to new medical technologies and procedures.
