ADVISORY SERVICES (MANAGEMENT CONSULTING) - Supervisor

Responsibilities: Perform business transformation assessment on the 7 key business processes of the client (e.g., Order to Cash, procure to pay, Cash Disbursement, Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Management, HR and Payroll Management and Period End closing).Performs gap analysis and other data gathering activities, facilitate workshops, discuss and present results to clients and other stakeholders, draft reports Requirements: Graduate of bachelor's degree in accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Human Resources or related coursesRelevant experience and extensive knowledge of business process improvement and change managementHas good risk management mindset and is client-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
