**Job Description:**

Puregold Price Club Inc., a leading retail organization in the Philippines, is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations and will be instrumental in leveraging data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases; ensure all information is accurate and accessible.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for team members.

2. **Project Management:**
- Assist in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely updates and adherence to deadlines.
- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project schedules, resources, and objectives.

3. **Data Management:**
- Collect and analyze data to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using data insights to support business objectives.
- Implement and manage data entry protocols to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

4. **Client and Stakeholder Interaction:**
- Engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders via email and phone, ensuring positive and professional communication at all times.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Address inquiries and provide information about the company's products and services as required.

5. **Process Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the administrative functions.
- Suggest and implement new administrative procedures to enhance overall workflow and productivity.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

6. **Miscellaneous Duties:**
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and approaches to support the company's evolving needs.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to find solutions and handle challenges proactively.
- Motivated: Self-starter with a passion for achieving goals and delivering high-quality work.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to facilitate agreements and contracts effectively.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
