Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Check email inquiries Referral, Info and intake email inboxes Answer telephone inquiries, transfer calls to appropriate staff members Create the service agreement and send it to the participant Follow-up sent Service Agreements Check for signed service agreements send a copy to finance and save a copy in SharePoint Generate tasks in HubSpot for new and renewals Update workflow in HubSpot Collect information from incoming referral Calculate hours or weeks for support and discuss requirements of support Identify NDIS billable line Generate deal in HubSpot Generate service agreement Send information Offshore Follow or Receive approval from Finance Investigate or correct any funding issues Send service agreement to the participant via email and text link Update Excel worksheets Collect information for the new Service Agreement Continual update of HubSpot Send information Offshore Update Excel worksheets Generate a quote using a template Social media support Create a template for ease of sending information offshore Offshore needs access to CMS We would need you to be or have the following: 1-2 years experience in an Administrative Associate role A wizard with MS Office Suite!
