ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as back office sales supportAssisting for preparation and sending price proposal to the customersAssist to customer inquiries and sales group concern promptlyAssist sales group in communicating relevant information needed by the clientsStore and organize data in electronic form & maintain /manage customer sales databaseCanvassing and supplier sourcing as neededCreate & processing of order form / SRF with accuracy & timelinessHandle the vendor accreditation formAssisting in digital marketingManage and update supplier databaseCoordinate with the relevant department to ensure that needed info are being sent on a timely mannerAssists in finding a potential new client and helping Sales Group to set an appointmentAttend to meetings if requested. Take minutes of the meetingAssist in facilitating, monitoring, coordinating and safekeeping of all Sales Admin related business permitsPreparing budget requests and expenses reportsKeeps track Sales Group member's whereaboutsMaintains and keep up to-date files/records and reports and ensure all documents are properly filed and stored for reference of the Company.Performs other assigned tasks from time to time
