Admin Assistant

The Admin Assistant is the first point of contact of the buyers and homeowners for any concerns in the subdivision. The position is mainly responsible for maintaining good customer relations and sustaining subdivision value by ensuring policies are followed by homeowners. The position is also expected to assist in move-in activities, seeing to it that these are executed timely and within the allotted budget.
