Details of the offer

Liaise with different vendors and suppliers for all events/activities needs
Consolidate a date to create a month-end report for all engagement programs and initiatives
Collaborate and stay on the same page with the GM
Lead, manage and hold direct reports accountable for achieving agreed upon commitments. Ensure the team is rowing together.
Effectively resolve issues – must be comfortable with addressing issues, solving problems in a practical and healthy manner
Attract, retain and develop a high-performing team.
Consistently demonstrates a passion for values alignment, focus, simplicity and clarity across the organization
Interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role
Work in collaboration with other team members to execute tasks and fulfil key deliverables, providing input and assistance as needed
Establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive working environment, focusing on customer service by handling employees requests in a professional manner
Perform special projects and other related duties assigned by the VP of Operations and/or the General Manager
Graduate of Business Management degree/ or with material degree in business administration / or Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology
Minimum 5- year’s experience in a management role
Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
Detail oriented and very organized
Strong decision-making capabilities
Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
Amenable to work on a Saturday - Half-day basis
