Accounts Receivables Officer - Mandaue City

Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Job Responsibilities: Maintaining and updating customers files and accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous are cleared. Monitoring and collecting accounts receivable by contacting Corporate Sales Agents, Customers and Merchants, and sending up-to-date Statement of Accounts. Performing daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, monitoring PDC's, and posting of cash and credit card payments to the accounts receivable sub-ledger. Monitoring and blocking Customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
