Accounts Receivable - Work From Home

Job Description:

Meralco, a leading electric distribution company in the Philippines, is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Associate to work from home in Taguig, NCR. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess a confident and hardworking personality. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding payment status
- Analyze customer payment trends and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
