Job Responsibilities:Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records by posting transactions, verifying accuracy, and reconciling accounts.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, verify and reconcile bills, handle payments, and manage customer and vendor accounts.General Ledger: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.Monthly and Year-End Closing: Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing account reconciliations and adjusting journal entries.Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial statements and reports in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Other Duties: Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned by the finance manager or controller.
