Accounting Staff

**Job Requirement**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Accountancy- Knowledgeable in MS Excel/ MS Word- Proficient in accounting process- Basic knowledge in operation cycle of the company- Strong analytical skills- Detail-oriented- Problem solving skills- Excellent Communication skills (oral & written)- Time/work management- Ability to work in a flexible environment**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Recording and posting Journal Entries for monthly Sales and set-up of accounts receivables by Supermarket.- Recording and Posting entries for monthly collection of receivables by Supermarket.- Maintaining accounts receivables files and sales voucher by Supermarket.- Reconciling Customers' deposits and accounts discrepancies.- Processing account and incoming payments.- Verifying, recording and posting AR concession/ supermarket accounts.- Reconciling AR ledger to ensure that all payments are properly recorded.- Updating Record of summary of collection.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Employee discount- Free parking- On-site parkingSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting Staff: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)License/Certification:- CPA (preferred)
