Accounting Staff

To conduct recording of correct payable data,
Conduct payment to settle company's dues timely and effectively,
Initiates improvement ideas and process in relation with the function,
To conduct refresher/education course to other section and vendor on proper application of SAP documents and proper documentation of invoices/billing/receipt respectively,
Guide Jr. Staff on accounts payable process.

Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Management or any related course,
With at least 3 years Accounts Payable Experience,
With background in Fundamental Accounting knowledge, withholding taxes of the Philippines, IT knowledge such as RPA, Chat-pot and Power-BI,
Good in logical, analytical and communication skills, and a team player.
