Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:
Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively

Coordinate With Suppliers.

Experience in customer service will be appreciated
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are me.

QualificationsB.S. Accounting Technology/Accounting Management Graduate or any related field
Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs
Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry
Follow our company’s established accounting processes
Prepare documentation for external auditors
Can work on extended hours
Fast Leaner
willing to be trained
Knowledgeable in Computer and Microsoft Office Software
