Accounting Staff (46973) - Lipa Batangas

Salary: 14,000 - 16,000
With a Saturday work schedule

Required Experience:
-BS in Accountancy graduate
-Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
-Proficiency in accounting software (eg. SAP is an advantage)
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Description
-Perform full set accounting functions included preparing statutory and management financial reports etc
-Prepare tax related reports (VAT etc) and filings
-Maintain bank and cash balance and reconciliations
-Support Government reporting and compliance requirements
-Create billings and prepare monthly sales report
-Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
-Work together with accounting clerical staff to coordinate activities
-Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
-Maintains financial security by following internal controls
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
