We are seeking 2 experienced Accounting and Sales Support Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting and sales administration tasks for our UK client.
Responsibilities: Accounts payable and receivable processing, including invoicing customers and paying suppliersTreasury management, including reconciling bank transactions in Netsuite accounting softwareProviding sales support by creating quotes and proposals using ExcelAssisting the sales team with administrative tasks as neededCommunicating with the UK and US teams via email, Teams, and WhatsAppRequirements:   Bachelor of Accounting2+ years bookkeeping experienceFluent English, both written and spokenProficient in Netsuite and excelWilling to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, on UK or US timezones (4pm-1am or 9pm-5am PHT)Own computer, internet and headsetTech-savvy and able to quickly learn new processesExperienced using Hubspot CRM preferred but not essentialStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWhat we Offer: Work from homeCompetitive base salary (negotiable based on experience)Fulltime permanent position with benefits (13th month, SSS, etc.)HMO Private health insurance after probation periodProfessional development opportunitiesIf you are familiar with Netsuite accounting system and have an eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
