ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Salary range: 20k - 25k
Work Location: Taguig

Under limited supervision, assist the Department Head in performing multiple duties related to the monitoring of project costs and revenue.

Prepare monthly Trial Balance using SAPPrepare monthly schedule per account balanceMaintenance of the general ledger including timely closing of the books each monthPrepare allocation tables for direct costs such as materials, labor and subcontracted servicesPrepare allocation tables for indirect expenses or project overheadPrepare monthly project revenue with variance analysis and proposed resolutionPrepare monthly project profitability reportPerform other related duties as directed within the project guidelines established. QUALIFICATIONS Degree in accounting or equivalent education/experienceAt least 2-years related work experience in cost accountingStrong working knowledge of SAP is essentialHighly motivated and capable of working on own initiativeGood problem solving skills and a high level of numeracyDemonstrated communication and organization skillsAbility to work in a team based environment
