Accounting Manager

Prepares accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensures compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Presents financial reports to the COO.
Monitors budget performance and provide variance analysis.
Oversees the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Manages the cash flow to optimize liquidity and support operational needs.
Ensures compliance with all tax regulations at the local, state, and federal level
Conducts financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Evaluates investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and cost-saving initiatives.
Provides insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Leads and develops a team of finance and accounting professionals.
Sets performance goals, provides feedback, and facilitates professional growth.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
CPA is an advantage
With at least six to eight (6-8) years of relevant experience in various areas of Accounting and Finance, and at least 3 years in a Managerial capacity
Well-versed in Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Management, Budget and Forecasting
Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite
