ACCOUNTING IN-CHARGE

 

Qualifications:
BS- Accountancy Graduate or any related course

Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Excellent verbal and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently on assigned duties

Demonstrate an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle accounts receivables

and payablesMaintain balances general ledger and reconciling entries

Bank reconciliation

Projected payables (budget forecast)

Tax reporting ( compute taxes & prepare report and paymens)

Statutory government reporting and payments

Prepare payroll

Bookkeeping

Reconciling invoices

Entries checking in quick books

Voucher checking

Review documents needed for processing of payment to supplier

Schedule analysis (operating expenses) for month end closing

Coordinate external auditors during year-end closing audit.
