Accounting Staff

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Staff to perform a variety of accounting and financial tasks. The candidate must excel in computer literacy skills as the tasks involve using multiple software and applications for basic accounting/payroll. The candidate is expected to follow the guidelines of how the accounting records are documented and report to the department manager. This position is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to grow in the accounting career path.Major Tasks:- Provide accounting and clerical assistance - Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records- Data entry - key data of financial transactions in database- Manipulate the payroll software to produce payroll bi-weekly working with HR department- Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records and documentation, and handling correspondence- Work closely with Third Party providers such as an external bookkeeper- Identify areas for process improvement to optimize workflow and financial resources- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience desired- Strong computer literacy skills- Excellent in communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel- Numeracy and analytical skills- Time management skills- Highly organized and detail-orientedMonthly Salary:Php 20,000 Basic Salary
