Accounting Clerks - Pampanga

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Business Administration, Retail Management or any Business related course
• Must have at least 5-7 years of working experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role
• Must be skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance
• Must have a strategic mindset: excellent abilities in financial and operations planning
• Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities: excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Must be amenable to work onsite and in Pampanga

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop business strategies for long-term success, set objectives for stores and departments, and ensure financial management within budget.
• Optimize operations, lead store managers to collaborate effectively, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Address challenges with practical solutions, evaluate performance with key metrics, and report progress to senior executives.
