Accounting Assistant - Tandang Sora Quezon City

- Willing to START ASAP in QUEZON CITY
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)

- Must be 25 - 40 years old
- Must be a Graduate of BS / BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience as an Accounting Assistant
- Has a background in Balance Sheet and Income Statement
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel
- Organization skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
