Key Responsibilities: Trade payable preparation - Ensuring that the transactions have been properly classified.Reconciliation - perform perioding Reconciliation of accounts assigned.Monitoring of Advances - ensure that advances are liquidated in a timely manner and no overlapping advancesBIR Matters - Ensure timely filing and payment of required BIR returns of the assigned companies.Financial report preparation - Will handle the monthly report closing (preparing to posting needed journal entries) of medium to large local and offshore accountsAnnual audit / BIR Audit-person-in-charge - provides and coordinates audit requirements.Handles the end-to-end accounting and reporting, banking/treasury, audit and taxation responsibilities for the companiesOther tasks - other assignments like filing, copying, scanning, pull-out, routine cash position report and with knowledge in inventory system specially in Manufacturing Company
