Accountant (Assistant Controller)

·                Process monthly close procedures in accordance with GAAP.
·                Prepare monthly financial statements
·                Analyze and review general ledger accounts for amoritzations and accruals as needed
·                Payroll administration – process new hires, personnel changes, bonuses/ deductions, garnishments, and ensure employees' payroll is processed timely, accurately
·                Reconciled monthly bank statements and credit card statements
·                Manage account receivables and accounts payable
·                Manage client inboxes and tasks 
-Minimum of 2 years US Accountant experience
-With Quickbooks and USGAAP experience
