### Job Description

Humble Sustainability is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Specialist to join our remote team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have a keen interest in sustainable practices.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

- **Account Management:**
- Assist with onboarding new clients, providing them with the necessary resources and support for a smooth transition.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure ongoing compliance with our policies and procedures, addressing any issues proactively.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Research and resolve client issues, complaints, and concerns, employing critical thinking and resourcefulness to find solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and facilitate resolutions for complex issues.

- **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and inquiries in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Prepare client reports and summaries, sharing updates and insights with both clients and management as required.

- **Adaptation and Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the client support experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client support and account management, recommending changes as appropriate.

- **Presentation Skills:**
- Assist in the creation of presentations for client meetings and internal training sessions, showcasing best practices and innovative approaches in account management.

### Requirements

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or account management, preferably in a sustainability-focused organization.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Dedicated: Committed to delivering high-quality service and going the extra mile for clients.
- Hardworking: Demonstrated willingness to put in the effort required to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

- **Soft Skills:**

- Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate ideas clearly in front of an audience.
