Job Description:
As an Account Support Specialist at Ayala Corporation in Davao City, you will be responsible for providing support to the account management team in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, address any issues that may arise, and help them maximize the value they receive from our products and services. Additionally, you will assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive account growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with the account management team to develop account plans and strategies to achieve client goals- Monitor client accounts to proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling- Provide training and support to clients on how to use our products and services effectively- Prepare reports and presentations on account performance for internal and external stakeholders- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly- Participate in client meetings and presentations to build relationships and understand client needs
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 4 years of experience in account management or customer support- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Creativity and problem-solving skills- Strong project management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
