**Position Overview:**
The Account Support Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests while working remotely. You will work closely with the sales and account management teams to address client needs and contribute to the overall success of Pushkart.ph.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.

- **Problem Resolution:** Analyze and resolve customer issues by applying innovative problem-solving skills. Collaborate with other departments to provide timely solutions tailored to customer needs.

- **Account Management:** Monitor customer accounts to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Update account information and maintain records of customer interactions in company databases.

- **Sales Support:** Assist the sales team by delivering updates on client feedback, market trends, and opportunities for improving customer retention and satisfaction.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including customer feedback, response times, and resolution rates. Use data to identify areas for improvement and contribute to strategic business decisions.

- **Training and Support:** Guide new customers through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support and education on the use of our platform and services.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Engage actively in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for enhancing customer service processes, tools, and techniques.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years in an account management, customer service, or support role, preferably in an e-commerce or tech-related environment.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Driven: Demonstrates a proactive approach to tackling challenges and achieving goals.
- Dedicated: Shows strong commitment and reliability in job performance and customer care.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop new ideas and methods to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to convey information clearly and effectively to clients and team members.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online communication tools. Familiarity with data analytics is a plus.

- **Remote Work Skills:** Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a remote setup. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to perform duties without distraction.
