**Job Description**:
Insider is seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Support Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. The Account Support Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals while building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
### **Key Responsibilities**:
* Manage day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
* Provide support in the onboarding process for new clients, helping them navigate our products and services seamlessly.
* Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
* Assist the Account Management team in preparing reports and dashboards that analyze client performance metrics, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with various internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development—to resolve client issues and drive improvements based on client feedback.
* Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions using our CRM software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Monitor and manage project timelines and deliverables related to client accounts, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
* Provide training and support to clients on product features and best practices, facilitating their ability to leverage our solutions fully.
* Act as a resource for clients, equipping them with the information and support they need to succeed with our products and services.
* Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and effective client relationship management strategies.
### **Requirements**:
#### **Experience**:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional support.
#### **Education**:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
#### **Skills and Competencies**:
* **Confident and Resourceful**: Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with poise and find creative solutions.
* **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
