Job Description:
As an Account Support Representative at Avion School, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with the Account Managers to maintain client relationships, address any issues or concerns, and help drive business growth. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:- Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts and relationships- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time- Help develop and implement strategic plans to increase client satisfaction and retention- Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or customer support- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Motivated and passionate about delivering excellent customer service- Ability to think strategically and come up with innovative solutions- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
