Job DescriptionResponsible achieving sales target (Weekly, Monthly, Annually)Generate Qualified Loan Consultant/Agent Leads through cold calling, area mapping/saturation, referral, and listingsConduct Sales Calls and presentations/OrientationsDrives effort and initiates Loan Consultant Generation ActivitiesGenerate sales growth by studying the existing output and behavior of Loan ConsultantsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededReport recruitment and sales performance to Sales & Marketing Head /Relationship ManagerFiling of loan application and encoding sales data in the system for proper monitoringChecking the compliance of loan release documentsStrategize sales approach to effectively bring in new clientsAchieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers.Generate Sales Leads (loan application)Recruit more new Loan Consultants/Agent and retain more active AgentsIncrease engagement of Agents (frequent communication)QualificationsBachelor's degree in any business-related field. With proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing or a similar position in the Sales Department.
