Duties and Responsibilities
Mastery of the products and services.Prospecting potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as maintaining good relationship with the existing clients.Act as a bridge between the Company and its future market in offering goods and services, including and not limited to making presentations, organizing schedules, taking phone calls and having meeting with the potential customers.Monitoring of customer contact informations and details, sales reports, sales forecast and quotations.Submits regular reports regarding sales that has been booked, prospects that are under development, leads generated, sales problems, interests, and competitive activities that are potential for new products or services.Responsible to have repeat sales with the Company's existing clients.Prepare Cost Analysis for all your accounts.Attends regular and special meetings called by the immediate superior or by the President.Ensures immediate dissemination and proper implementation and compliance of all Company policies, rules & regulations applicable to its area of responsibility.Monitors compliance to the company ISO mandated procedures & reports.Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior or by the President. Specified Deliverables: Sufficient sales to meet individual targets mutually set and agreed upon.Weekly activity/reports of individual activity in the prescribed format.Regular update of Client Information SystemOn-time collection of scheduled fees from clients.
Qualifications
a. BS graduate in Engineering or Business related courses.
b. Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Account Executive in a Rubber Manufacturing company.
c. ISO orientation is an advantage.
d. Knows how to drive and with a valid driver's license.
e. Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
