Account Analyst

a. Maintains Past Due Loan Transactions Registry;
b. Analysis of monthly balances of all past due accounts;
c. Responsible in monitoring of Aging Accounts, and all types of loans of resigned members or within the category of Past Due loans;
d. Contacts all members/resigned members with existing past due accounts and follows through via email mor phone call on a regular basis.
e. Sends notice letter and print-out of Statement of Account (SOA) to the resigned members including but not limited to;
- Notice of Outstanding loan balances to the Co-Maker and Borrower
- Notice of Co-Maker Replacement
- Demand Letter to be sent to the Legal Officer.
f. Prepares monthly report of past due accounts and its aging and submit to Sr. Accounts Analyst-Loans every 30th of the following month.
g. Process termination of accounts of all resigned members and CAEMC employees;
