OverviewSuccessful candidates will provide excellent customer service to our US-based clients by addressing inquiries related to account specific products and services, process order placement and tracking, refunds and replacement, and other shopping account management through multi-channels (call, email, and chat)

Qualifications
Must be 18 years old and above
Completed at least 2 years in college (no back or failed subjects)
At least 6 months of call center experience is preferred
We accept High school graduate with at least 6 months of call center experience (ops tenure)
Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
